Hi Chris:

Just wanted to let you know that I stumbled across your site through a google image search for “corner brook” and I’m currently using one of your images (000_0448) as my desktop. I’m originally from Corner Brook, but I’m now residing in Windsor, ON. I really, really miss my home, and that particular photo ctruck a cord with me, since it is very nearly the view from the bay window of my childhood home. I hope you don’t mind — and thanks for posting these.

Hi Lisa, I don’t mind at all! Always nice to run into another person from Corner Brook online for one reason or another. I’m glad you enjoyed the pictures.

I had to dig a little to see which picture you were talking about, but I think that one was taken around the middle of Old Humber Road (as you can tell from the picture just before it).
